The quality of the cinema itself is good. But the attention! I had bought a popcorn combo online, and they had sold out the popcorn, I was asking if they could replace it for a snacks bucket, but they didn’t want to. Ask for a refund, they didn’t want to. they don’t have own criteria to keep the customers happy. How hard was it to give me a snacks bucket which cost the same?
One of the best cinemas in Stockholm. What makes it special is that it is located in the building of an old theater.
A fun Easter egg you might encounter before watching a movie is that a gong will go off, like they used to before a theater play begins. And a beautifully ornated canvas will be lifted, as if it were a stage curtain. It's a tiny detail, but it definitely adds to the experience. At least it did for me.
Best theatre experience.. friendly staff.. cozy seats… staff is really nice and friendly.. cost is as usual like other theatres..very good sound effects..snacks are available.. rest room is very clean and tidy.. located close to Rådmangatan station.. have a great movie time guys.. Lovely, cute cinema.
Cozy theatre with lots of character. Usually the theater is quite empty, making for a very calm and nice setting and experience. One of my favorite theaters in all of Stockholm. If you want candy instead of popcorn you're better off running across the street and buying from the convenience store than from the very narrow selection in the theater.
A nice little local theater. The screen size is fine but what actually makes this cinema good is the fantastic audio system. Bohemian Rhapsody sounded amazing here.
However the queue and pace to the snacks counter is painfully slow. And there is only one counter.
